QUALITY
In order to maintain consistency across our product portfolio, our team of in-house experts conducts sample testing every 3-4 days. We subject tyre laps and other products in our portfolio to rigorous quality checks to maintain the quality.

PRODUCTION PROCESS
- Natural/Synthetic Rubber + Other Chemicals-> Compounding (produced compound in sheet form)-> Moulding
- Natural/Synthetic Rubber + Other Chemicals-> Compounding (produced compound in sheet form)-> Strip cutting-> Extrusion & vulcanization-> Rubber profiles-> Flocking(as per the requirement)
TESTING INSTRUMENTS
Our internal experts conduct extensive testing to guarantee that the profile will maintain its shape and its dimensions will remain accurate. Experts monitor every 100-200 meters, depending on the profile's nature. Records and slices are meticulously stored for at least six to eight months for future references.
